This apartment is part of the main hotel but is completely self contained. It is situated at the top of the bank and from its elevated position enjoys views of the bay far below. The Cliffemount hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar open to non residents. Breathe the fresh air and enjoy the stunning views for which Runswick bay is famous afterwards why not pop down into the hotel for a relaxing gin & tonic or a meal in the sea view restaurant.

ACCOMMODATION: Entrance, stairs lead to the first floor spacious lounge with bed settee, open plan kitchen and dining area. Electric coal effect fire in the lounge. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin

SERVICES: Refrigerator, electric hob with electric oven, microwave. Colour television. Oil fired central heating included in cost. Bed linen and towels supplied Non-smokers only. Ample parking in the hotel car park. One small/medium pet by arrangement with the hotel.
